Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) means you have a certification in applied behavior analysis.

If you don’t have a college degree but you do have some experience in the behavior interventionist field, you could become a behavior technician. As long as you have a high school diploma, you can do this by having a minimum of 40 hours of training through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Most of the time you’ll need some kind of job experience, but each program offers internships where you’ll gain valuable applied behavior techinican experience.
